SEQUINS QUESTIONS

Just turn the item inside out when you wash it and air dry, which will protect the sequins.

It can be machine washed, but we recommend hand wash.

This is because some of the sequin is covered during printing due to the nature of the sequin. 

Sequin will not move in the same directions every time so the printed image can appear patchy. This is normal for ANY CUSTOM SEQUIN product. Like our video, it is also not clear enough after flipping.

You can make the sequin as clear as before by flipping the angle of the sequin.

For sequin shirt, It will be easier to flip when wearing. If it still can’t work, Please contact us we will resend you new one!

NO, the tee is made of 100% cotton. The sequin is on the surface and it will not touch your skin at all.

NO, sequins have a center hole and are stitched flat to the fabric, so they are less likely to fall off.

If you find the sequins fall off, Please contact us we will resend you new one!

Better Photo = Better Product! SHIRTSIDEA is not Magician!

1. Make sure your photo has good lighting – enough to see the details of face, but not so much that their face is too bright to see.

2. A head-on shot is preferred. Make sure that you get the full face in the photo, including both ears. If only half of your face is showing, only half of its face will be on your product!

3. Avoid blurry photos – the higher the clarity of the photo, the better.

For Shirt, At most 3 faces on a heart/circlestyle and at most 4 faces on a rectangular style.

As long as it’s within one day (24 hours) of placing your order, we can make any changes necessary. Send us an email here with your order number in the subject line and any changes in the body. We’ll get back to you as quickly as possible and make it happen!

Yes, we can print anything as long as the picture is clear enough.

If your photo(s) has a bunch of different people/animals in it and you only want specific ones to be featured, please leave a note in the "order note" field at checkout. Our design team reads every note and will be sure to design your socks accordingly :)

If for some reason we have any questions or are unsure who you want, we will reach out via email to clarify.

Nope! Just upload a picture with good consistent lighting, decent resolution and the entire subject/face inside the frame of the photo - our designers will handle the rest!

To ensure the quickest production and delivery time, we only offer preview to customers who need more than 2 items.

SHIPPING QUESTIONS

Our one-of-a-kind products take about 3-5 business days to be produced. However, due to the influx of orders, please note that your custom order may take 1 weeks to process.

Once produced, most orders arrive within 2 weeks. Shipping times vary depending on the destination. For Holiday sale, Some orders will be a little delayed. Thank you for your patience❤️

If you have a specific deadline, we also support express(shipping fee $30), and it will arrive in 3-7 days.

Free shipping over $50. For our US customers, we charge a flat shipping fee of $4.99 USD

All international orders will incur a small shipping fee which is reflected upon checkout.

We happily fulfill international orders! Our production time will be the same and shipping costs vary depending on where the order is going. Depending on your home country, a customs tax may apply in addition to your shipping cost.

PAYMENT QUESTIONS

We accept all major credit cards and use a Credit Card Processor called Bolt to make your payments safe, secure and easy. In addition to all major credit cards, we also accept PayPal for a quick checkout! Please note that all of our prices are listed in USD and your card will be charged in your respective currency.

Since your personalized products are one-of-a-kind and made just for you, We only support refunds due to quality.

If you need refund, please send us an email with your order number and product photo.

Once your order is placed we are only able to refund your order. We are not able to add charges to your card for security purposes.

If you are receiving a refund through any major credit card, the refund processing time is 1-2 business days. If you are receiving a refund through PayPal, the refund processing time is 7-10 business days. Don’t worry, we don’t think you’ll need to receive a refund, unless you accidentally add too many items out of excitement.
